Molly McDonough Mahler is a fine art photographer in Greater Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended the Art Academy of Cincinnati as an undergraduate and holds a B.A. from New York University. She began studying photography in 2011, eventually studying with Muriel Foster and more recently with Lisa Britton.
As a visual artist, Molly strives to continually grow her capacity for seeing everyday images that she can work with to create photographic art. Using daily life as her subject matter, she investigates the dynamics of urban architecture, rural landscape, or the mundane, ordinary, and unremarkable scenes that are so easy to pass by without notice.
Molly has attended workshops and symposiums with FotoFocus, the Ohio Valley Camera Club, and the Greater Cincinnati Photographers Club. She currently has a studio at Brazee Street Studios www.brazeestreetstudios.com.
